In 2023, Alterra Teams started joint work in an international project with “FCG Finnish Consulting Group Oy”.
This project is aimed at providing support for the implementation of key elements of the Strategy for Water Resources Management and Irrigation Sector Development in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024-2026.
The services provided by our staff under the assignment are:
- Supporting the implementation of the new national water strategy 2024-2026;
- Conducting the necessary data collection;
- Preparing and implementing a work plan for water and land management;
- Conducting water use efficiency assessment; and assisting in training and capacity building activities under the project;
- Contributing to program reporting, workshops, reports and other activities.
